Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships for long-term success.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire journey.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling potentials with the sales team.
  • Support and further development of existing customers with a focus on long-term partnerships as well as active communication with our customers and their decision-makers on site
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
  • Identification of up- and cross-selling potentials in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Analysis of customer needs and derivation of concrete measures to optimize services
  • Coordination and alignment between customers, operations, and internal departments
  • Creation and evaluation of reports as well as presentation of relevant key figures

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Sales required.
  • Ideally, you have experience and expertise from the culinary, gastronomy, or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and commercial aspects.
  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Structured and independent way of working.
  • Affinity for numbers and experience in dealing with KPIs.

Work Environment

You work in a committed and friendly team in our beautiful and modern service center in Kloten, directly at our customers' sites, or in the home office.
