We’re partnered with a growing IT staffing and consulting firm that has built its success through strong client relationships, consistent delivery, and repeat business.

They’re looking to add a client-facing sales professional to manage and grow an existing account, while also contributing to new business development over time. This is a relationship-driven role with a strong foundation already in place—not a purely outbound, cold-hunting position.

Location

This role supports clients in North NJ (Parsippany/Roseland) and requires 2–3 days/week onsite in Manalapan, NJ, with the remainder remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of a key existing account, building deeper relationships and expanding opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong client satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Contribute to new business development through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in IT staffing sales or account management
  • Proven ability to manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Experience contributing to new business development (not purely hunter-focused)
  • Strong understanding of the staffing sales cycle and technical hiring landscape
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first approach
