What you will use your skills for
Customer Communication
- You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and requirements and ensure they are met.
- You will independently build strong customer relationships, maintain them continuously, and regularly seek feedback to initiate improvements.
Documentation and Structuring of Customer Requirements
- You will document and structure the requirements and feedback of our customers, which form the basis for our development projects.
- Together with Product Management, you will translate these requirements into precise "User Stories" for our software development team.
Participation in Development Projects
- You will represent the interests of our customers and communicate their requirements clearly and understandably within the team.
- You will work closely with the Product Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of development projects and maximum customer satisfaction.
This responsibility you carry with us
- As a Customer Success Manager at Automedia, you and our Product Manager are responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum benefit from our services. You are the first point of contact for questions, offer support, and work closely with our customers.
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and teamwork are particularly important in this role.
What we expect from you
- Customer Focus: You have a strong interest in supporting our customers in the best possible way and understanding their needs.
- Communication Skills: You can explain complex content understandably and interact confidently with customers.
- Basic Technical Understanding: You have an interest in digital solutions and software processes. Experience working with SaaS products is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to contribute to different departments.
- Initiative: You take responsibility and proactively contribute ideas to ensure our customers' success.
- Education or Studies: You have completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Communications).
- Language Skills: You have confident German and English skills, both written and spoken.
If we could wish for anything else:
- Initial experience in customer management, project management, or software development is helpful, but not essential.
- Familiarity with SaaS or MarTech solutions is a plus, but not a must.
