What you will do

  • After go-live, you will be the point of contact for our customers.
  • You ensure they move forward.
  • Not only because you answer questions, but because you truly guide them.
  • You train customers, think along, ask smart questions and ensure they don't get stuck on "how does this work?", but move on to "how can we get more out of this?".

You are mainly at the office in Rijswijk, in the middle of the team. Lines are short, the atmosphere is professional with a touch of humor, and everyone knows what to expect from each other. Customer visits are part of it, but you are mainly in substantive contact.

Your team

You work together with Féline and Joëlle in the Customer Success Team. Young, driven, and professional. We switch gears quickly, consult briefly, and help each other where needed. You regularly consult with our developers for technical input or to coordinate customer questions and improvements. We like working together at the office, which keeps the lines short and the collaboration strong.
