The Challenge That Awaits You

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key player within the Production department.

You will support a portfolio of B2B clients in implementing their webinar marketing campaigns, while actively contributing to their satisfaction and business development.

The Missions That Await You

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding, supporting, and retaining a portfolio of B2B clients (briefing, training, follow-up, action review)
  • Managing the implementation of online conferences (internal coordination, go-live, provider relations)
  • Ensuring regular client follow-up and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Advising clients on their inbound marketing and webinar marketing strategy
  • Managing communication campaigns and analyzing their performance
  • Conducting campaign reviews and providing optimization recommendations
  • Relaying client feedback to contribute to continuous product improvement
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams

About You

  • You have a Bac +4/5 degree (business school or equivalent)
  • You have excellent relational, commercial, and writing skills
  • You are organized, rigorous, and know how to manage priorities
  • You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • You have an interest in digital marketing
  • You master office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and web tools
  • You have a fluent English level
