You are the central point of contact and ensure that our customers are optimally looked after, receive solutions, and have a consistently positive experience with our service and products.
You are not a classic support employee, but take responsibility for your own customer area and actively contribute to bringing the customer experience to a new level. Your work has a direct impact on the growth and further development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Support of a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
- Support with legal concerns (no legal advice required)
- Identification and solution of problems
- Proactive guidance and support of our customers
- Consultation on suitable solutions and services
- Close cooperation with our legal and back office team
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
- Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales, or customer success)
- Ability to remain composed even in difficult situations
- Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
