As a Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in our clients' satisfaction, retention, and growth. You are involved from onboarding throughout the entire client lifecycle with a clear mission: to maximize the adoption, engagement, and value generated by our solution. As a true strategic partner, you build lasting relationships with your clients and support them in achieving their HR and business objectives. You are their primary point of contact and an essential link between their needs and our internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing). Your impact is direct and measurable: client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and continuous improvement of the user experience.

Your Missions

  • Lead structured onboarding processes to ensure quick and effective platform adoption.
  • Support clients in the daily adoption and use of features.
  • Build lasting relationships of trust with your client portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Anticipate churn risks with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Analyze usage patterns and propose action plans tailored to client challenges.
  • Be the voice of the customer by relaying feedback to the Product and Tech teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize client impact.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes and experience.
