Responsibilities
- You will strategically manage a portfolio of 15-20 existing customers as the primary point of contact and build trusting business relationships.
- You will lead regular business reviews and strategy meetings, convincingly communicating the added value of our solutions.
- You will develop customized success plans for your customer group and ensure their successful implementation through active tracking.
- You will identify churn risks early and take proactive measures, while simultaneously recognizing and realizing cross-selling and upselling potentials.
- You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to incorporate valuable customer feedback into product development.
- You will actively participate in the further development of our Customer Success strategy and implement new best practices.
Profile
- You have proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-oriented position – ideally in the B2B SaaS environment.
- You are familiar with complex implementation projects and stakeholder management at various levels.
- You understand technical contexts and can explain complex SaaS products in an understandable way.
- You ideally have industry knowledge in pricing or mechanical and plant engineering.
- You possess strong empathy and communication skills that help you build trusting customer relationships.
- You work in a structured, data-driven manner and enjoy working with analytics tools and dashboards.
- You are fluent in German (C1+) and have good English skills (B2+), which is our internal company language.
- You have experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as CS tools.
- You are willing to travel (1-2 times per month) to meet our customers on-site (EU-wide).
