Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure customers successfully adopt and use the platform, helping them improve their sales processes and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, consultant, and coach throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Drive product adoption, retention, upsell, and revenue growth
  • Analyze customer needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Deliver training sessions (e.g. social selling, outreach, sales processes)
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with product and internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Contribute to optimizing Customer Success processes
  • Conduct on-site workshops and customer visits when needed

Your Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B technology or software company
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, accountable, and highly communicative

Location & Working Model

  • Munich, Germany
  • Hybrid (2–3 days home office per week)
  • ~20% travel required

Compensation & Contract

  • ~€50,000 gross annual base salary
  • 30% variable bonus (70/30 split)
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • 6-month probation period
  • Unlimited vacation policy
