- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Commitment to achieving outstanding results with high levels of accountability.
- Experienced in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinker skilled in planning, designing, and delivery.
- Ability to interpret data, create reports, and present to executive levels.
- Eager to learn about project management professions and trends.
- Adept problem-solver with experience handling customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced education preferred.
- At least three years of experience in customer support or management within a high-volume corporate setting.
- Familiarity with project management is considered a plus.
