About the role
Bloomflow supports public sector organisations in their transformation through innovation. Our Customer Success team, made up of 5 people, plays a central role in driving platform adoption and ensuring the success of our clients' projects. As we continue our EMEA expansion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager with deep knowledge of public sector challenges.
The Team
The Bloomflow Customer Success team supports our public sector clients throughout their entire journey: from onboarding to long-term relationship management. We work closely with Product, Support and Engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Your Role
As a Public Sector CSM, you will manage a portfolio of institutional and large public accounts (local authorities, ministries, government agencies, public institutions). Your goal: build lasting trusted relationships, maximise platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
Your Missions
Portfolio management & growth
- Manage a portfolio of public sector clients (local authorities, ministries, agencies, public institutions) from onboarding through to long-term retention
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients: understand their strategic challenges, regulatory constraints, and transformation goals
- Oversee contract renewals and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with the Sales team
Customer satisfaction & monitoring
- Monitor customer satisfaction: track KPIs, anticipate risks, and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate internal resources (Product, Support, Tech) to deliver the best possible experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer management processes
Advisory & transformation
- Guide your clients through change management and support adoption of the solution within their organisations
- Identify commercial opportunities and proactively propose use cases tailored to the realities of public service
Your Profile
Education & experience
- Master's degree (Business School, Sciences Po, IEP or equivalent)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a SaaS or innovation-driven environment
- Experience with or strong interest in the public sector is a real asset (knowledge of public procurement cycles, IT departments or innovation directorates within local authorities / ministries…)
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong service mindset, and active listening
- Good knowledge of B2B / B2G sales cycles in a competitive environment
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken – Spanish or Italian is a plus
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a true team player
