Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) SaaS
Your Responsibilities
- Account Management: You are the first point of contact for our existing customers and support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Onboarding & Training: You will introduce new customers to our software for digital road condition recording and conduct practical training sessions.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: You will monitor KPIs and usage behavior, derive recommendations for action, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Proactive Customer Management: You will identify potential challenges early on and proactively offer solutions to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Cross- & Up-Selling: In customer interactions, you will identify opportunities to offer additional EDGITAL solutions, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Interface to the Product Team: You will systematically capture and prioritize customer feedback to pass on new or changed product requirements to the product team.
Your Profile
- Completed degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Civil Engineering, or similar) or comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in Customer Success Management, ideally in a software or start-up environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy: You can explain complex functions in an understandable way.
- Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented way of working.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Bauingenieurswesen o.Ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Success Management, idealerweise in einem Software- oder Start-up-Umfeld
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösefähigkeiten
- Technikaffin: Du kannst komplexe Funktionen verständlich vermitteln
- Proaktive, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Bestandskunden und begleitest sie während des gesamten Customer-Lifecycle.
- Du führst neue Kunden in unsere Software zur digitalen Straßenzustandserfassung ein und hältst praxisnahe Schulungen
- Du beobachtest KPIs und Nutzungsverhalten, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst Strategien, um Kundenzufriedenheit und Produktivität zu steigern
- Du erkennst potenzielle Herausforderungen frühzeitig und bietest proaktiv Lösungen an, um die Kundenbindung zu stärken
- Im Kundenkontakt erkennst du Chancen, um weitere Lösungen von EDGITAL anzubieten und so die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Umsatz zu steigern
- Du erfasst und priorisierst das Kundenfeedback strukturiert, um neue oder geänderte Produktanforderungen an das Produktteam weiterzugeben
