About the role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join their growing client services team. This hybrid role is focused on building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with their enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from our client's products and services. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing training and support, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. You will conduct regular business reviews, understand client goals, and translate those into actionable strategies to ensure successful outcomes. The ability to effectively troubleshoot client issues, coordinate with internal technical and support teams, and advocate for client needs is crucial. You will monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement retention strategies to minimize churn. Expanding client relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities will also be a key focus. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. A passion for client advocacy, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are required. Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms is highly desirable. This hybrid position offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to different working environments. You will play a vital role in ensuring client loyalty and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and strategic account management.
