About
As a full-time remote Customer Success Manager in Financial Services, the successful candidate will manage a select portfolio of major financial clients, focusing on strategic account management, customer onboarding, and executive engagement to drive measurable value and long-term account health.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations to align Chainguard's value with their business objectives
- Lead onboarding processes, success planning, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment of business and technical workstreams
- Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating renewal risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services or related fields
- Ability to operate as a strategic business partner, understanding customer goals and navigating organizational complexity
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance drivers such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS
- Working knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or application security
- Strong executive presence with high emotional intelligence and the ability to make independent decisions regarding account strategy
