The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will support our customers in sustainably and effectively implementing AI with paddy in schools.
In this role, you will work closely with schools, teachers, and decision-makers, take over onboarding, and guide them in meaningfully integrating AI into teaching, processes, and school development. You will analyze usage and workflows, conduct strategic discussions, and translate goals into concrete, actionable AI use cases.
Together with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will ensure that schools not only test AI but also use it successfully in the long term.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and activation of new customers and teaching how paddy is used as an AI platform in everyday school life
- Accompanying schools in the sustainable implementation of AI in teaching, processes, and school development
- Analysis of usage, workflows, and teaching processes to identify concrete AI potential
- Conducting consulting discussions, training sessions, and workshops with a focus on AI use in schools
- Translating goals and requirements into concrete strategies and AI use cases
- Strategic further development of accounts, including identification of upsell and expansion potential
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product to further develop customer journey and AI adoption
- Advising schools and sponsors from a strategic school development perspective
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable role with a commercial focus
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their sensible application in the education sector
- Excellent consulting skills and experience in providing strategic support to customers
- Ability to communicate complex AI topics understandably and practically
- Structured, independent way of working with high ownership of customers and revenue potential
- Interest in actively shaping the integration of AI in schools
- Very good German and good English skills
Bonus Points
- In-depth understanding of the school system and structures in the education sector
- Experience in the EdTech environment or working with schools and public institutions
- Experience in conducting further education, workshops, or training for teachers
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment and understanding of SaaS products and customer lifecycle management
