Skills
- 5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.

- Exceptional ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Willingness to participate in occasional weekend on-call rotations.
- Must be based in the US.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming accommodation requests and provide personalized housing options using our proprietary enterprise software.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Build strong relationships with consultants from relocation management companies.
- Monitor conversion metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain positive engagement with hospitality partners, attending supplier meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Conduct property inspections in the US region to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify market gaps and collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team to enhance our offerings.
- Actively support community-building efforts among hospitality operators, including training sessions, content creation, events, and in-person visits.
- Assist in optimizing our Customer Success technology for a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of requests effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in customer success management or related fields is preferred.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
