Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in **George, Western Cape**. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our client's products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth and successful adoption of our client's offerings. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients are meeting their objectives. Provide timely and effective support to address client inquiries and resolve issues. Educate clients on product features, best practices, and new releases. Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with the sales team on renewals and upsells. Gather client feedback and advocate for client needs internally to drive product improvements. Develop and share best practices and success stories within the client base. Contribute to the development of customer success playbooks and resources. We require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services is essential. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive retention is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms is highly desirable. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping customers succeed.
