Our mission is to become the best marketing tool for push messages, and we are well on our way.

Responsibilities

  • Support our existing customers with all questions regarding our software products.
  • Assist our customers in achieving the greatest value from using CleverPush and utilizing our solution optimally.
  • Resolve customer issues to their complete satisfaction.
  • Support our customers in setting up our solutions.
  • Onboarding our customers and their employees.
  • Present our products and services in demo appointments.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and close collaboration.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Management.
  • Question the status quo and look for opportunities for innovation within Customer Success processes and structures.

Requirements

  • Previous professional experience in customer management and customer support is an advantage, but not strictly required.
  • Broad (digital) marketing knowledge is a prerequisite.
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • High degree of teamwork, initiative, and organizational talent.
  • You exude confidence and always find a suitable solution for our customers.

Salary

EUR 36000 - 60000 per year

  • Lösung der Anliegen unserer Kunden zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Einrichtung unserer Lösungen.
  • Onboarding unserer Kunden und deren Mitarbeiter
  • Präsentation unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in Form von Demo Terminen.
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Vertriebsmeetings und enge
  • Erfassung von Kundenfeedback sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing und Produktmanagement
  • Du hinterfragst den Status quo und suchst nach Möglichkeiten für Innovationen innerhalb der Customer Success-Prozesse und -Strukturen
