Responsibilities

• Support our existing customers with all questions regarding our software products.
• Assist our customers in achieving the greatest value from using CleverPush and optimally utilizing our solution.
• Resolve customer issues to their fullest satisfaction.
• Support our customers in setting up our solutions.
• Onboard our customers and their employees.
• Present our products and services through demo appointments.
• Participate in regular sales meetings.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Management.
• Question the status quo and seek opportunities for innovation within Customer Success processes and structures.

What We're Looking For

• First professional experience in customer management and customer support is an advantage, but not strictly required.
• Broad (digital) marketing knowledge is a prerequisite.
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• A high degree of teamwork, initiative, and organizational talent.
• You exude confidence and always find a suitable solution for our customers.
