Responsibilities
- As a Customer Success Manager Insurance Software, you will strategically develop and sustainably expand existing customer relationships.
- You will analyze your customers' business processes and develop tailor-made solution designs based on the products.
- Through active knowledge transfer and continuous exchange, you will ensure that your customers optimally utilize the functionality and application possibilities of the software solutions.
- In regular, structured discussions, you will discuss current topics, requirements, and specifically identify optimization potential.
- You will also be responsible for recording, prioritizing, and coordinating customer requests in close coordination with internal specialist and development teams.
- Finally, you will ensure compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs) and coordinated budgets.
Requirements
- Experience in the support and development of customer relationships
- Industry knowledge in the insurance sector
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
