Responsibilities
You are a communication talent and love direct contact with customers? Then become part of our team as a Customer Success Manager / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in Consumer Service and actively shape our customers' journey!
- Competent and timely processing of end-customer inquiries via ticket system, live chat, telephone
- Product advice by phone and in writing
- Contact person for end-customer inquiries regarding order processing in our online shop
- Independent complaint processing and handling of warranty requests
- Processing of returns and refunds
- Shipping of spare parts
- Close coordination with our Customer Service / Marketing / Finance / Logistics / Retail and E-Commerce departments
- Participation in projects – also in an international context
Requirements
- University degree or commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in customer service and complaint management, e.g., as Customer Advisor / Client Success Manager / Customer Success Manager / Customer Support / Complaint Manager / Customer Care Representative / Support Specialist / Customer Service Agent / Service & Support Specialist (m/f/d)
- Professional, goal-oriented, and empathetic customer communication
- Above-average customer orientation and commitment
- Flexibility, high resilience, conscientiousness, accuracy, teamwork skills
- Independent working style, high initiative
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and very good English language skills
- Technical affinity in using systems: Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365 and Zendesk
- Knowledge of AI process automation is an advantage
