  • You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer- and growth-oriented role
  • You think about customer relationships strategically and not just operationally
  • You recognize commercial potential and can address it professionally
  • You communicate clearly, reliably, and at eye level
  • You work in a structured, self-directed manner with high ownership
  • You are eager to shape Customer Success as a real growth engine
