Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Order Management & Key Account Manager

Your Tasks

• Independent management and monitoring of orders until timely delivery
• Coordination between customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Proactive handling of customer inquiries and complaints
• Support of sales in acquiring new customers and projects
• Planning and organization of material and resource requirements
• Participation in projects, process optimizations, and administrative procedures
• Creation and checking of invoices according to specifications
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding and process awareness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, ideally experience with ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills
• Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor
• Flexibility and resilience, even in dynamic situations
