Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare meets IT – you bring both together

  • Working Hours: Full-time
  • Working Model: Hybrid or remote

Your Mission:

  • Customer acquisition: You find new B2C customers – e.g., medical service providers, nursing homes & Co.
  • Consultation with heart & mind: You develop smart, individual solutions for our customers.
  • Relationship professional: You maintain existing customers and strategically expand your network.
  • Market expert: You recognize trends and develop new opportunities from them.
  • Team player: You work closely with product, marketing, and customer service.

What you bring with you:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or comparable
  • Alternatively: Career changers with strong sales experience
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, ideally in IT or Healthcare
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent work and high motivation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1)

Requirements

  • Studium im Bereich BWL, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ: Quereinstieg mit starker Vertriebserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im B2B/B2C-Vertrieb, idealerweise in IT oder Healthcare
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten & hohe Motivation
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

Responsibilities

  • Du findest neue B2C-Kunden – z. B. Heilmittelerbringer, Pflegeeinrichtungen & Co.
  • Du entwickelst smarte, individuelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
  • Du pflegst Bestandskunden und baust dein Netzwerk strategisch aus.
  • Du erkennst Trends und entwickelst daraus neue Chancen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Marketing und Kundenservice zusammen.
