gesund.de GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Munich in January 2021. Under the brand gesund.de, the central health platform connects end consumers with various players in the healthcare system, such as local pharmacies, medical supply stores, and practices. This creates a unique health ecosystem. The shareholders are five leading companies in the German healthcare market (PHOENIX, Noventi, Wort&Bild, BD Rowa, and Sanacorp). We are looking for reinforcements for our team at our headquarters in Munich or for mobile office work.

Your Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact for our B2B customers, you will significantly contribute to high customer satisfaction with your positive and professional demeanor and are committed to building sustainable customer relationships.
  • You will independently take on tasks such as the technical and strategic onboarding of new customers and act as a central consulting and support function to address individual concerns and needs.
  • As an expert in our products, you will support our customers with all questions regarding the optimal use of our products, both in individual consultations and in the form of training/webinars.
  • You will analyze and structure emerging (technical) problem cases and act as a solution-oriented interface to other specialist departments.
  • You are an important part of the further development of our customers and ensure an increase in service quality through quality assurance measures, among other things.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training and ideally have initial experience in the pharmaceutical-technical field. Alternatively, you have a strong affinity for digital and health topics.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanor. You remain unfazed even with challenging customers.
  • You convince with your structured, independent, and proactive way of working.
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex issues and are in your element in dynamic environments.
  • Your analytical skills help you uncover problems and proactively find creative solutions in the interest of customer satisfaction.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working towards a common goal in close collaboration with your colleagues.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with ERP or shop systems.
