About the role

Overview

Affordable Home Solutions is a Home Remodeling Company looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage active Client Accounts, communicate with homeowners, and ensure projects move forward without delays.

This role sits at the center of our operation—working with sales, production and billing to make sure every job gets completed efficiently and every customer stays informed.

In this Role you will be the Primary Point of Contact for Our Customers, We Already have the Processes and Systems- Your Job is to Keep the Client And CRM Updated While Helping Schedule Appointments, Material Deliveries and Installations.

You will Also help Explain Our Process to Customer and Answer Questions they may have Regarding Billing, Work to be Performed etc.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after contract is signed
  • Provide consistent updates throughout the job lifecycle
  • Answer questions, handle concerns, and build trust with customers

Project Coordination & Job Flow Management

  • Manage jobs through each phase:
  • Contract → Insurance Approval → Production → Completion → Payment
  • Identify stalled jobs and take action to move them forward
  • Coordinate with sales reps, production, and internal teams daily

Operations & Task Management

  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time across departments
  • Follow up on outstanding items (documents, approvals, scheduling)
  • Keep projects organized and moving efficiently

Problem Solving & Escalations

  • Address issues before they become major problems
  • Resolve delays, miscommunication, and scope changes
  • Work cross-functionally to find solutions quickly

CRM & Systems Management

  • Maintain accurate job notes and updates in JobNimbus
  • Track job status, outstanding tasks, and communication history
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Collections Support

  • Guide homeowners through final payment process
  • Communicate clearly on balances and insurance payments
  • Follow up on outstanding payments professionally and persistently

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Jobs move efficiently with minimal delays
  • Customers are consistently informed and satisfied
  • Fast response times to all homeowner communication
  • Reduced job cycle time (contract → completion → payment)
  • Low number of escalations or unresolved issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proactive mindset—takes action without being told
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations

Preferred Experience

  • Customer success, account management, or project coordination
  • Construction, roofing, or home services experience (a plus)
  • Experience with insurance claims (a plus)
  • Experience using CRMs like JobNimbus
