We help to shape the overall customer experience and product use direction. Our Customer Success Managers become trusted advisors to our customers and product experts on Interfolio’s technology.
About the Role
As part of the Interfolio Service team, our Customer Success Managers support and strengthen our customer relationships. They deliver an accelerated and elevated software experience. By driving the process of mapping customer requirements to Interfolio’s Products, they focus on delivering increased value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Developing successful customer relationships and drive revenue growth on assigned accounts
- Providing post implementation support, maximizing product utilization and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing customer's use of product and overall satisfaction to drive adoption
- Advocating for customers to drive post implementation satisfaction and successful use of product
- Developing a deep understanding of Interfolio's suite of products
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive contract renewals, expansion opportunities and upsells
- Establishing and maintain close relationships with customers at tactical and strategic relationship levels
- Supporting the deployment process post implementation for new clients to ensure successful adoption
Requirements
- Be experienced with customer success, account management, consulting or project management experience
- Possess client facing experience supporting software use and adoption
- Be experienced managing multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail
- Possess excellent analytical skills
- Possess the ability to distil data into insights that can drive action and influence stakeholder decision making
- Be the voice of the customer while working cross functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance)
- Be able to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Possess experience providing insights, building relationships, and driving value to C-Level clients in B2B environment
