Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing utilization of our platform. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic discussions with clients. Monitor client health metrics and identify at-risk accounts, implementing proactive retention strategies. Drive product adoption and encourage clients to leverage advanced features. Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective transition. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution, escalating to support or technical teams as needed. Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices. Develop and share success stories and case studies with clients and internal teams. Contribute to the development of customer success playbooks and resources. Achieve and exceed key performance indicators related to client retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the remote customer success team. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive proactive client engagement. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment. Passion for technology and helping clients achieve their business goals. Experience in developing customer success plans and conducting business reviews. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. Team player with a collaborative spirit. Strong empathy and active listening skills. A proactive approach to client challenges and opportunities. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location and contribute to our global client base.
