Job Description
What You'll Do in This Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the advocate for our customers, overseeing a portfolio to help them achieve their business goals and increase their adoption of our products. You'll guide them using our best practices, innovations, and capabilities, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment.
- Become an expert in our customer success methodology.
- Drive customer engagements by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Ensure customers are technically sound and using the latest versions of our products.
- Use Success Plays in the Success Platform to assist your customers effectively.
- Promote customer success stories and best practices.
- Help customers maximize the value of their investment and licenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption and expand customer usage.
- Resolve any escalated issues promptly, using resources across the company.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer professional services or a related field.
- IC Poly clearance required, and must be located in the Vienna, Virginia area.
- Ability to provide independent, comprehensive services.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or project management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in issue resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- accreditations or certifications are a plus.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical products or services.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Works well in a collaborative team environment, partnering with sales, product, and support teams.
Compensation and Benefits
For positions located in the District of Columbia, we offer a competitive base salary of $93,600-$154,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location of the role and may vary depending on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
