Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the direct link between the sales, operational teams, and clients. You don't just follow cases: you support clients in their success and directly contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Missions

  • Conduct welcome calls in collaboration with the sales department to ensure qualitative onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage client onboarding and coordinate the various implementation steps.
  • Train clients on using the tool and support their skill development.
  • Ensure client data integration and follow-up with the operational department.
  • Support clients daily and proactively address their needs.
  • Implement recurring client follow-up to ensure satisfaction and proper service utilization.
  • Create follow-up reports and analyze client activity indicators.
  • Plan tasks and coordinate actions with operational teams.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and user experience.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience in customer success, client relations, project management, or operational support is appreciated.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and SaaS software.
  • Good command of office tools and reporting.
  • Ability to structure and coordinate processes.
