About the role
Our client, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, is seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to ensure their clients achieve maximum value from their platforms. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, guiding them through the initial setup and integration of our SaaS products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure they are leveraging the platform effectively. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and platform capabilities. Monitor client health and proactively address any potential churn risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to advocate for client needs and resolve issues. Develop and share best practices, case studies, and success stories with clients. Contribute to the development of customer success resources and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success principles. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms is a plus. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable insights. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage a remote client portfolio effectively. A passion for helping customers succeed.
