We are looking for you for our Sales, Marketing & Customer Service department as a Customer Success Manager Strategic Accounts (m/f/d) in full-time at one of our locations in Langenfeld, Groß-Gerau, Glinde, Großbeeren, or Ludwigsburg.

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for a portfolio of major clients
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and developing strategies for the profitable growth of existing clients, as well as in-depth customer, business, and market analysis for the client portfolio to be managed
- Identifying growth opportunities within the client account, e.g., through upselling or cross-selling of services that align with the client's goals
- Negotiating and securing client agreements in consultation with the relevant departments
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on client performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement
- Documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed university degree or commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, particularly key account management, with a focus on existing customer support
- Knowledge of market analysis, trends, and emerging markets
- Solid experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to create concepts
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good English skills, possibly other foreign languages
- Willingness to travel
