Consultant (m/f/d) for Government Subsidies

About Us

The IBF is a leading consulting institute for government subsidies in Germany. Our core mission is to support companies in the strategic development and expansion of entire specialist departments. We achieve this by specifically qualifying employees in future fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Marketing. In doing so, we not only enable our clients to access subsidized further training but also unlock additional liquidity funding of up to €500,000 (implementation funding).

Your Responsibilities

You are the reliable partner at our clients' side, ensuring that things get done. Your work is crucial for the smooth processing of subsidies.

• Consulting at C-level: You conduct independent consulting discussions with established entrepreneurs whose companies generate annual revenues of up to €100 million. You always act at eye level.
• Onboarding: You conduct structured onboarding discussions with management and precisely record all necessary data.
• Analysis: You conduct detailed company analyses to ensure eligibility for subsidies and to define the strategy.
• Process Support: You proactively support the client from submission to final approval. You are the "rock" and confidently manage the process even when questions arise.
• CRM Management: You precisely maintain all cases in our CRM system and keep track of deadlines and to-dos.

No specific degree is required for this position – your personality, drive, and charisma are what count.

• Quereinsteiger welcome: Professional experience in the subsidy area is not mandatory, we will teach you everything. It is important that you have the personality to work with high-level decision-makers.
• Work style: You are an organizational talent. An extremely structured and conscientious work style is a matter of course for you and the most important prerequisite for this job.
• Communication: You are rhetorically strong, empathetic, but firm in your dealings. You can confidently engage and guide clients.
• Tech-Skills: Confident PC skills are a must. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Equipment: You have your own PC/laptop with a stable internet connection.

• Security: Permanent full-time employment with a strong fixed salary of €2,500.
• Bonus Potential: Since we have a high recommendation rate due to excellent results, you benefit from successful customer referrals. A total salary of €3,500 to €5,000 per month is therefore absolutely realistic in the first step.
