Your Tasks

• Act as the central point of contact for our existing SE customers, actively supporting and developing them.
• Analyze customer needs and develop individual strategies for sustainable customer success.
• Direct telephone exchange with our SE customers, capturing concerns and needs, and advising on possible contract options.
• Strengthen customer loyalty through competent advice and early identification of churn risks, as well as initiating tailored prevention measures.
• Identify up- & cross-selling potential during customer contacts to expand existing contractual relationships.
• Document contract and customer information in company-internal tools.
• Participate in monitoring relevant key figures (e.g., customer satisfaction, churn, contract renewals).
• Support projects for continuous improvement of the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant professional experience in Customer Success, B2B sales, or telesales with a strong customer focus.
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as passion for direct customer communication and active support.
• Social competence to get along well with different personalities and to communicate clearly and on equal terms with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex issues understandably and to convincingly position solutions that require explanation.
• Taking responsibility and conscientiousness in dealing with our customers, as well as initiative to solve challenges and actively drive topics forward.
• Analytical thinking and a structured as well as careful way of working.
• Fluent German language skills.
