Unsere Kunden reichen von kleinen Praxen bis zu großen Dentalketten. Das Gründerteam: Jonas hat als Zahnarzt seine eigene Praxis geführt, Henrik und Paolo haben mehrere Startups aufgebaut.

Your Mission

Als Customer Success Manager:in arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit unseren Kunden – damit sie von Tag Eins an den größtmöglichen Erfolg mit Pling haben.

Die Rolle ist 100% remote.

What You'll Do

• Onboarding: Du führst Praxen per Video-Call durch Einrichtung und Schulung — angepasst auf die Ziele der jeweiligen Praxis. Du erzeugst Begeisterung.
• Langfristiger Erfolg: Du hilfst Kunden proaktiv, das volle Potential aus Pling zu holen — mit Webinaren, individueller Beratung und mit Datenanalyse.
• Support: Du löst Anliegen per E-Mail, Chat und Telefon.
• Stimme der Kunden: Du bringst das Feedback der Praxen ins Entwicklerteam — was fehlt, was nervt, was begeistert.
• Inhalte & Prozesse: Du baust Hilfe-Artikel, Videos und Playbooks auf, die Kunden selbstständig weiterbringen. Customer Success bei Pling ist noch im Aufbau — du gestaltest mit.

• Verbindlichkeit: Was du zusagst, gilt. Du bist für deine Kunden ein engagierter Partner auf Augenhöhe – du sprichst auch unangenehme Wahrheiten an.
• Gestaltungswille: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen. Bei Pling baust du Customer Success mit auf — Startup heißt Veränderung, und genau das reizt dich.
• Ambition: Du setzt dir anspruchsvolle Ziele – und du bleibst am Ball, auch wenn es zäh wird.
• Digitale Neugierde: Du erfasst neue Software schnell. Deine Nutzung von KI-Tools geht über die Basics klar hinaus. Du optimierst deine eigenen Workflows.
• Effektive Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst auf den Punkt, mündlich wie schriftlich.

Helpful, but not required

• You know the daily routine in dental practices: as a dental assistant, practice manager, or from a role at a dental supplier or software provider.
• You have experience in Customer Success for software products.
• You have experience with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Slack.
• You have given training or introductions.
• You have knowledge in the area of dental QM or medical devices.
