We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) full-time.

Your Tasks

• Regular and intensive customer support via phone, video meeting, and email
• Hands-on optimization of existing customer accounts and customer training
• Identifying opportunities to offer customers suitable additional services to further increase their success (upselling)

What You Should Bring

• Experience in customer support, account management, or sales is an advantage, but not a must
• Enthusiasm not only for supporting customer relationships but also for actively shaping and strengthening them long-term
• A fine sense for people – you recognize what each customer needs at any given moment to build trust and deepen collaboration
• Strong digital affinity and interest in modern online products
• Reliable, structured, and at the same time empathetic communication and work style
• Good English skills are an advantage
