Your Role

Als Customer Success Manager:in für die Schweiz (m/w/d) stellst Du eine gute Customer Journey sicher und pflegst die Beziehung zu unseren Schweizer B2B-Kund:innen. Bei Fragen und Herausforderungen unserer Stakeholder fungierst Du als Anlaufstelle und stehst mit Deinem Fachwissen jederzeit zur Verfügung, um gemeinsam die bestmögliche Lösung zu finden.
What is your task?
- Customer Support: Proactive support of our B2B customers, including continuous evaluation of the tools used and derivation of optimization approaches.
- Swiss Focus: Specialization in the Swiss customer base with responsibility for technical and organizational decisions.
- Onboarding: Structured onboarding for our new customers to ensure optimal product use.
- Customer Consulting: Consulting B2B customers from various industries on technical and organizational issues in close cooperation with Tech, Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.
- Project Communication: Support in coordination and communication within ongoing projects.
- Feedback & Product Development: Systematic collection and forwarding of customer feedback to the Product team for continuous product development.
- On-site Support: Supporting customers not only remotely but also on-site to ensure optimal advice and support.
Your Skills:
- Qualification: Completed commercial or technical vocational training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management and/or Project Management.
- Communication & Analysis: Strong communication skills and analytical thinking ability for structured recording and presentation of complex issues.
- Teamwork: High team orientation and active participation in the further development of internal processes together with colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills; even complex challenges are approached pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- Tool Competence: Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with CRM systems.
- Data Affinity: Sound experience in handling large amounts of data is an advantage.
- Swiss Expertise: Swiss national or familiar with the Swiss mentality to communicate authentically with customers.
- Swiss German & French: Fluent in one language (C2), very good knowledge in the other (min. C1).
Work Setup:
- 40 hours per week (trust-based)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, no shift work
- Permanent employment contract
- Work location: 100% remote - residence in Switzerland
- Team: 17 colleagues
