We are looking for a Customer Success & Marketing Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our ThingPark Market (IoT e‑commerce platform) and corporate marketing activities. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer care, marketing operations, and event coordination in an international environment.

Your Mission

Customer Success

  • Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries about product listings, brand pages, and order processes.
  • Support new sellers during onboarding: product uploads, compliance checks, and best practices.
  • Manage daily platform operations (ThingPark Market), ensuring accuracy and a smooth user experience.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers to help them succeed and grow their visibility.
  • Monitor seller activity and performance and prepare reports to improve engagement and conversion.

Marketing & Event Support

  • Assist with event preparation: managing printing, packaging, and shipping of marketing materials and goodies.
  • Eventually attend professional tradeshows (mainly in Paris) to take photos, capture short interviews, and help post live content on social media.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns (mainly LinkedIn) for upcoming events and new product launches.
  • Support the creation of visuals and content for digital platforms (ThingPark Market & Actility.com).
  • Help maintain marketing assets, photo libraries, and product documentation.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility and lead generation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or International Management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (French or Spanish is a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interest in IoT, digital platforms, and event marketing.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS (bonus: Elementor or Magento experience).
  • Understanding of the basics of social media marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, respectful communication style, and a genuine willingness to collaborate and help others.
