This role is not an administrative job. You will manage the entire operational core: customer onboarding, data preparation, project management — the interface between sales, customers, and the technical team.

You will build processes that don't exist yet and improve those that already exist. Those who start here grow quickly into a key position.

Compensation

Attractive fixed salary starting from €4,500 gross per month — with clear potential for increase in the next 6-12 months.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of 80–150 projects per year — from order receipt to completion
• Structured onboarding of new customers: kick-off, expectation management, project planning
• Data preparation & quality assurance: checking, structuring, and preparing datasets for analysis
• Process design: documenting workflows, automating them, building new SOPs — not just executing, but improving
• Identifying and proactively addressing upsell potentials
• Co-developing our AI tools and digital infrastructure — you don't just work with technology, you help shape it
• Coordination with sales, the technical team, and external partners
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality of results, and customer satisfaction
