YOUR MISSION

As a Customer Service Representative in Sales at Getsafe, you are the first point of contact for our customers by phone and convince them with your friendly and engaging demeanor on the phone:

  • You play a crucial role at our customer interface and excite our customers about our concept and service.
  • You guide our customers through our digital process by phone, clarify open questions, and identify gaps in their current coverage.
  • You schedule appointments for our customer advisors so that our customers are optimally insured in their individual life phases.
  • You contribute your own ideas for the strategic further development of the team and shape the future of digital and needs-based advice together with us.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have completed vocational training.
  • You are strong in communication and look forward to every conversation in which you can help our customers secure themselves in the best possible way.
  • You enjoy innovative digital sales structures and want to rethink insurance sales with us.
  • You ideally have initial experience in customer contact, but it's not a must-have – your mindset counts with us.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is also not necessary.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
