Are you passionate about hospitality and love helping people succeed? Noovy is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on our clients in the French market. You'll be the go-to expert for hoteliers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and build a lasting partnership with Noovy.

What you'll do:

  • Onboarding: Guide new clients through a seamless 4-week onboarding process, ensuring they are fully set up and confident with our system.
  • Support: Be the first point of contact for hoteliers, handling their questions and resolving issues efficiently via email, chat, and phone.
  • Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: There will be opportunities for on-site client visits and assisting with the design and delivery of training sessions.

Who you are:

  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations) and a solid understanding of systems like PMS, booking channel management, and hotel revenue management.
  • Skills: You are a natural communicator with strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. You have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English.

Location:

Remote You are also willing to travel for on-site client onboarding in France.
