About the role
What you will do
- Manage a high‑volume portfolio of customer accounts at scale, proactively driving product adoption, value realisation, and upsell opportunities to ensure customers successfully use ClimatePartner solutions
- Deliver core ClimatePartner services, including (but not limited to) Corporate Carbon Footprint calculations and the coordination of financial contributions
- Handle customer inquiries and cases within agreed service levels, prioritising effectively and collaborating with internal experts to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM, ensuring reliable customer history, enabling data‑driven decisions, and supporting legal and compliance requirements
- Monitor customer health and key signals across a broad account base, identifying risks and opportunities early and taking proactive action to support retention, satisfaction, and expansion potential
- Leverage customer feedback and recurring requests to provide actionable input into the continuous improvement of our processes, solutions, and services
- Create, contribute to, and maintain FAQs, help content, and internal guidelines, enabling effective self‑service for customers and internal teams
Who you are
You are a people‑focused, proactive individual who thrives on helping others succeed, stays calm and organized under pressure, takes full ownership to deliver results on time, actively improves how things work, and is genuinely motivated by the real impact of sustainability and climate action.
Practically speaking, you bring:
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a comparable client-facing role
- Fluency in German, Italian, and English
- You bring basic knowledge of climate and sustainability topics (e.g. Corporate Carbon Footprints, GHG Protocol) or are motivated to build that knowledge fast
- Comfort with high-volume, process-driven work
- Familiarity with CRM tools and/or a habit of keeping records clean and current

For this role, we offer a monthly salary of at least €2.800 based on full-time employment. The actual salary will depend on your individual qualifications and experience.
