Tasks

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey with 8tree – from Pre-Sales, through Go-Live, Post-Sales, and Renewal stages. You’ll ensure our customers derive maximum value from our technology, feel supported, and are positioned for long-term success. You will work closely with our business development team and our applications engineering team to drive meaningful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role (must be in a technical domain, e.g. B2B SaaS)
• Technical Degree (e.g. bachelor’s in aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering), or training in technical field. Exposure to business or communication is a plus.
• Fluent German and English language skills; Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for a diverse audience
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with high business acumen
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools
• Enthusiasm and eagerness for driving customer success
• 60%+ travel (scheduled in advance, often international)
