Role Overview

Customer Success Support – strengthen our Customer Success ReconHub department in Zurich and Munich. You are the first point of contact for our customers' questions, keep an overview of open customer inquiries, and support the team in implementing new projects.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go‑to contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Process and resolve support requests at the 1st level.
  • Keep an overview of all support requests and regularly check them.
  • Conduct training sessions on‑site or remotely with customers.
  • Execute data orders and check them in ReconHub for completeness.
  • Support our customers and the internal team in configuring ReconHub.
  • Collaborate with teams in Zurich and Munich on exciting projects.
  • Close collaboration with different departments and stakeholders in Zurich and Munich.
  • Handle challenging and exciting inquiries from various industries.
  • Contribute to a motivated and well‑coordinated team that continuously improves ReconHub.
  • Work independently and reliably with high self‑confidence and motivation to learn new things.
  • Find the best solution for complex inquiries in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment and remain calm in stressful situations.

Requirements

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages such as French are an advantage).
  • Technical flair with interest in accounting and cashless payments (knowledge of accounting and cashless payment transactions is an advantage).
  • Very good knowledge of and interest in common Windows applications.
