To strengthen our team at the administrative site in Delmenhorst, we are looking for a dedicated colleague (m/f/d) as Customer Success & Support Operations Manager (m/f/d) in full-time.

Your Responsibilities – Diverse, Practical, and Responsible

• Leading and developing a high-performing service team (6 employees)
• Organization and optimization of internal processes
• Onboarding and support of major clients
• Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product Management, IT)
• Analysis and optimization of support processes
• Co-decision in the selection of modern digital and support tools

• Experience in customer service
• Commercial training and leadership experience
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm & hands-on mentality
• High customer orientation and solution-oriented thinking
• Digitally savvy with confident handling of modern support systems
• Desire to take responsibility and drive topics forward
