For our location in the Karlsruhe region, we are looking for a Customer Success Technician (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately.

The position is initially limited to one year as part of a parental leave replacement. A possible further employment beyond that may arise, but is currently not foreseeable.

Your Tasks

You are part of our Customer Success Team, which forms the interface between our Research & Development and our customers regarding printing processes and applications. As an expert in printing with our latest printer generation, the Quantum X platform, you will take on the following tasks in particular:

• Evaluation of the feasibility of printing projects
• Creation and execution of printing projects for prospects and customers
• Support and organization of the demo system at our headquarters
• Analysis of print quality using confocal and scanning electron microscopy methods and documentation of the results
• Testing new products and providing feedback on improvement suggestions and experiences to development

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g., as a physics laboratory assistant, microtechnologist, or technical assistant, or you have a degree in a technical field.
• You have practical laboratory experience (knowledge in the field of nano- or microfabrication is an advantage).
• You have high standards for precise and complete technical documentation.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of CAD and confident use of MS Office.
• Independent and structured way of working with a high quality standard.
• Strong team spirit and intercultural communication skills complete your profile.
