We are partnered with an international hospitality technology company who are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support German-speaking customers as they adopt and launch a market-leading SaaS platform. You will guide new clients through their first experience of the software, ensuring their properties are set up correctly, activated quickly, and positioned to perform successfully across online booking channels.
This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role combining training, technical configuration and problem-solving.
Your work will directly influence how well customers use the platform, how effectively their properties are presented online and how successful they are in driving bookings.
Responsibilities
- Configuring property content, pricing and availability to best-practice standards
- Ensuring listings perform well across online travel agencies and direct booking channels
- Troubleshooting onboarding and technical setup issues, escalating when required
- Accurately logging customer activity, training progress, and onboarding milestones in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Native-level German and strong professional English
- Experience in customer onboarding, SaaS support, implementation, or technical customer success (typically 2+ years)
- Comfortable working with software, data and digital platforms
