Customs Product Manager
Are you passionate about shaping high-impact logistics products and driving commercial growth? Join us as Product Manager – Customs, where you’ll own the strategy, performance, and value proposition of our customs brokerage services across the Area.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead the Customs Product team and ensure our offering stays competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs in a fast-changing market. You will drive financial performance, strengthen our product positioning, and work closely with Sales, CX, and Operations to deliver value to customers. This is a high-visibility, commercially impactful role with direct influence on product strategy, pricing, and market success.
What You Will Do
- Own and develop the customs value proposition for the Area
- Strengthen product competitiveness through customer insights and market analysis
- Drive profitability, margin improvement, and overall product performance
- Lead pricing strategy together with our Pricing Manager
- Support Sales & CX with product knowledge, value messaging, and deal guidance
- Ensure adherence to global standards, operational excellence, and compliance
- Lead the Customs Product team (BD, Senior BD, Pricing) and align initiatives toward growth
What You Bring
- 8+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage
- Experience in product management, commercial leadership, or strategic business development
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, ideally with P&L ownership
- Knowledge of customs brokerage, regulatory frameworks, and pricing strategy
- Ability to turn customer and market insights into product improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
