The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as they solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Cyber Analytics Integrator, you'll bring your leadership and senior staff-level expertise to work alongside thought leaders in military operations and cybersecurity on projects that operationalize cyberspace as the fifth domain of war fare.

You'll use your skills and expertise as you serve as the integrator of data analytics, war games, and tabletop exercises for a senior-level DoW organization and client. You'll act as a focal point for synchronization across a geographically dispersed team, and leverage expertise in operations research or data analytics to help the government develop and implement a common data strategy for cyber risk management across the DoW.

You'll support the planning and execution of cyber war games to assess weapon systems and critical infrastructure within the DoW's management, oversight, and programmatic evaluation purview. You'll also support the development of tabletop exercises in support of Joint Staff and CCMDs with alignment across all client mission areas. As a member of our team, you will do extensive research, writing, and brief building to support a major staff function.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with cyberspace operations, operational planning, cyber mission force operations, cybersecurity studies, war gaming, defense policy, or modeling and simulation
• Experience working with Headquarters-level organizations in the DoW as an Action officer
• Experience with exercise and training activities, including tabletop exercises, cyber tabletop exercises, experiments, live-force exercises, and professional analytic war gaming
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a team of engineers, defense and intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members
• Ability to prioritize mission-essential tasks to ward client objectives
• Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform budgetary decisions
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in intelligence analysis and developing adversary capability assessments or scenarios
• Experience in a DoW analytical organization such as CAPE, Service Analytical Centers, or War Colleges
• Experience briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders
• Experience using modeling and simulation tools to conduct assessments
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, to employ the right approach and methods to maximize use of time and human resources
• Master's degree
• Completion of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME)
