Responsibilities
- Become a vital member of our expert team as a Cyber Information Assurance Specialist, where you'll significantly contribute to the Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization, and Sustainment Directorate within the Naval Sea Systems Command.
- Provide high-quality, compliant support to essential naval operations related to the maintenance and modernization of the Navy's surface fleet.
- Oversee and implement readiness and sustainment initiatives aimed at integrating maintenance strategies, modernization plans, and technical efforts to effectively manage the lifecycle of U.S. Navy and partner surface ships and systems.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of project managers, engineering technicians, analysts, and logisticians from various locations, playing an important part in the Navy's Surface Warfare Enterprise.
- Ensure compliance with all Program Information Assurance processes, demonstrating knowledge of Cyber Security and the Risk Management Framework.
- Prepare and maintain crucial compliance documentation for Authority to Operate requirements.
- Evaluate security solutions for classified information processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant fields from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
- 15 years of professional experience
- Experience in a DoD environment
- Familiarity with Navy modernization processes and systems engineering

Salary Range: USD $78,900.00 - USD $123,300.00 /Yr.
